We are is a small team and all working remotely.

We are looking for a part-time sales specialist in the SaaS/Cloud environment on a contract basis.

Job description

As part of the Survease Team, you will be responsible for leading Survease sales – developing sales strategy and boosting Survease’s growth.

Job responsibilities

• Research target accounts in the Baltic, Scandinavia regions
• Dive deep in understanding their business and the potential for business alignment
• Go high-and-wide within enterprise organizations to understand the full scope of opportunity
• Lead entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome
• Conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations
• Participate in internal team meetings to collaborate with the supporting ecosystem on opportunities, resolve customer issues, share best practices
• Grow revenue via prospecting, qualifying, and selling

Required Skills/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Field sales experience at SaaS
• Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
• Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
• Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
• Strong time management skills
• Native/Fluent in Estonian, English
